Loneliness is like a leaf in a rocking sea! Aloneness is self preservation. But Loneliness imposes Aloneness, and by and by one learns to close in within oneself cruising over the waves of life from day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute existence. Loneliness and Aloneness, both teach you to love the Self! Not to exhibit your ego before others through snooty behaviour or high handedness, so common among the elite class, nor the brazenness of the uncultured. Solitude chosen or as life's imposition on you just leads to self confrontation. Recoiling within the Self, it teaches a lot of unlearning about the Self: Who you think you are, what the world(s) think and what you try to comprehend, accept and forgive through self-recognition. The truth is ... you are just a leaf in the wave tossed sea of life! A speck in the vast expanse of creation in constant movement, resounding with AUM!
